- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and clearance items.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at contact.us@dwellingparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase inside the package. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Free Return Shipping: In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
