Shipping Times and Methods
- Standard Shipping:
- Domestic (USA): 7-15 business days
- International: 15-30 business days
- Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer express shipping options. We are working on providing this service in the future.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 will apply.
- International Shipping: Free on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or through our website’s Order Tracking page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customs and Import Duties: All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and we advise checking with your local customs office for more information.
- Taxation: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to locations where we have a legal obligation to collect sales tax.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
